Ownage Burst demo

"Great stuff."

Love the art style and can definitely see where this is going. The explosive cover that kills you with one hit would be my only gripe.

"Nice one!"

Really enjoyed this. Great use of the time travel concept, neatly executed. Not sure why, but I really enjoyed making my guys dance via the duck button so that when I was playing through the recorded section they were all bobbing away.

Only thing you'll have to overcome in future versions is the long periods of waiting that you need to do for some of the puzzles.

Great job.

Mindfields 2 - The Russia

"Nice work."

date: May 11, 2007

Must say, most puzzle games I dismiss almost straight away. I just dislike them as a genre. Mostly for being too abstract or poorly made.

This on the other hand held my interest. Really well thought out, really well executed. Actually felt rewarded for thinking the solutions through rather than just sticking stuff out there and hoping for the best.

Again, great concept, great execution.

IndestructoTank!

"Is it?"

submission: IndestructoTank!

Is this game somewhat addictive? Yes, if you can get past the repetition.

Is it fun? For about 5 mins until you realise that you've seen everything it can do in the first 30 seconds.

Is this really the greatest game ever posted here? No chance in hell. But apparently that's what everyone seems to be voting it. As I type this is sitting at #2 in the top 50. I mean, come on.

Sorry guys, great game idea, but the presentation, combo/points hungry gameplay and repetition just killed it for me.

Student park

"Not so much influenced by Lemmings..."

submission: Student park
date: March 18, 2007

..but a complete copy. The level design is identical to the original game in nearly every way. The "student" types are near identical. The sound effects are near identical.

Nice work recreating Lemmings in Flash, that's an achievement in itself, but I'd hoped that you might have taken the time to innovate a little past changing the character design. So much room to improve on the original game with new lemming types, original level design related to the theme (getting through cities to reach the bar instead of the party tent) but it seems that those sort of things were left at the way side.

That said, I did enjoy the game, if only for pure enjoyment of being able to play Lemmings again. Oooh Nooo!
